Dock Pricing:
Up to 18 ft. with no utilities: $43.00 a ft.
Up to 20 ft. with no utilities: $47.00 a ft.
Up to 23 ft. with no utilities: $49.00 a ft.
Up to 23 ft. with utilities: $58.00 a ft.
24 ft. to 26 ft. with utilities: $60.00 a ft.
27 ft. to 30 ft. with utilities: $62.00 a ft.
Dock #212 to #233 (20 ft) Jet Ski Spots $725.00 ea.
This includes putting them in and taking out and storing floats in the winter.
Dockage Payments are Non-Refundable
Camper Storage for season is $900 each
(very limited space)
Summer Ramp Only $ 250.00
Ramp w/Land Storage $440.00
